Great smoothies
The service isn't great here, almost as if you're a bother. Tbey also put your smoothie in a freezer so it is undrinkable when you pick it up. Even for an online pickup order (not delivery by 3rd party) they put a hard to open red tape across your cup. I assume it's best to order there , wait and then grab your food :)
A convenient location for me but even ordering ahead or in store, the staff doesn't act like you exist until they are ready. I've walked in multiple times with no wait for my order ahead and am waiting for more than 5 min to even get a look in my direction. Not the best customer service or understaffed too often.
I ordered three items on Uber Eats: avocado toast, peanut butter banana toast, and an acai bowl. However, only the acai bowl was delivered. I tried to contact the restaurant, but they didn’t respond. I’m not sure if this was an accident or intentional, but out of the five receipts included, only one listed the acai bowl. I would appreciate it if the restaurant could respond to this review.
