I could have spend a lot more time there. The selections were amazing, and the customer service was great. I enjoyed the store with all the trinkets and such. Such pretty things! I went after a specific small tree, and the worker took me right to where they were then stayed to take my selection back to the front for me while I browsed a bit more. I like the selections and the customer service. And the music!!
I live in Minnesota and visit Robby's during my winter visit to enjoy the flowers. Bought a unique pot there last March that once planted was absolutely amazing!

Not one employee greeted my family and I. They made us feel very uncomfortable. They never offered any assistance. As soon as different customers arrived approximate minutes afterward, those customers were welcomed with smiles, conversation and assistance. The only difference between those customers and our family was ethnicity. We will never go back. Even as we were paying for our items the lady was very cold.
I've used Robby's Nursery ever since they were on South H St. I visit there frequently & order pretty much any plant I need that I'm trying to find. The whole staff is beyond knowledgable & friendly. Love listening to the eldest gentleman about his love of bonsai that he's worked so hard and years on. I highly recommend them to everybody that inquires about a nursery in Bakersfield and surrounding areas
