I have never received such attentive care from a physician before. Dr. Ayoub went way above to ensure I get the best treatment. Although there was a bit of a wait the last time I was there, it was worth the wait. He always treats his patients with care, and spends actual time with everyone. He answers all my questions every time I'm in his office. And their office staff does a great job with following up.
Dr Robby has pretty much saved my life in a lot of ways. I have multiple health concerns and Dr Robby will go out of his way to help you and is always spot on in finding the issue or treatments needed in addition to other concerns he may find not yet at light. He thinks outside of the box and will finds the underline concern or causes. He will not give up on you! I had a terrible experience with this office, and the lack of respect for patients’ time is unacceptable. I had to leave work early to take my father to his appointment because we were told no appointments were available after 3:45 PM. I scheduled this appointment three months in advance, drove all the way from Claremont, and arrived at 3:20 PM, only for us to wait until 4:45 PM to be seen, not even by the doctor, but by an assistant. When we finally saw the assistant, the visit lasted less than 15 minutes.
My appointment is at 10:30 am and it’s almost 1 pm now I still haven’t seen the doctor. I am not sure that this office understands that we do have a career beside waiting to be seen my the doctor and not sure when the hell the Dr will be available. I asked one of the assistant, she told me there’s another patient infront of me. Sigh how long would they be? The answer is unknown. She said if depends 15 mins or another 2 hours.
