Didn't really think buying a home would be such a great experience. Anne-Marie made it a enjoyable. My work makes it difficult to plan things in advance but Anne-Marie accommodated us throughout the process. She is a pleasure to be around, knows her job and handled everything. All we had to do was pick a house and she took care of everything else. The best part about the process is that not only do I have a real-estate agent I also have a new friend.

I'm proud to say that I sold one house and purchased a beautiful new construction. Robbie Breaux sold my old house before it was even listed and helped me find my new home when I was scrambling for a place to live. I couldn't have done it without him!

I find looking for a home a stressful and antagonizing process. However, Gerren made it as enjoyable as I think it could be. His professionalism, friendliness and responsiveness made him awesome to work with. I never felt pressured, always felt informed, and laughed more than I could have imagined. Great at what he does but an even better person. Highly recommend

I bought my first house and Gerren was an absolute dream to work with. Very patient and knowledgeable, and he always had time for me when I had questions or concerns about the process. He is also GREAT with children! He did a very good job of keeping my kids entertained so I could get a good look at the homes we viewed. He started off as a complete stranger and now he’s Uncle Gerren! I’d highly recommend him to ANYONE.

Its refreshing to have a friend that you can do business with and know you can trust to have your back and do the right things when called upon. Thanks for your quality and character. Kyli was awesome and very helpful with my wife and myself on the recent purchase of our home in broussard, la. She understood what we were looking for and took us to a subdivison Paige Place Ave and the wife fell in love with the Model home floor plan which she was looking for months. Hiring Jessica Menard as our realtor made our selling experience much smoother. She hired a professional photographer to take pictures of our home, she helped us arrive at a price that was comparable to our neighborhood and she helped us navigate the contract nuances with the buyers. She answered our questions/concerns promptly and assisted us at the closing. I would definitely hire Jessica again.
