Robbie Breaux was very knowledgeable about the Lafayette/Youngsville market. He provided us with multiple options after listening to our wants/needs and desires for a home. He help guide us toward areas that met out standards. He steered us away from flood zones and homes that might have problems in the near future. He answered all our questions. In a word he was Awesome!.

Best word I can use to describe Laurie is "LISTENED". She was very attentive to 2 people that were being very picky and specific and all the while looking for a 30 plus year old home. She advised us to take the 80/10/10 rule and we did but still pushed the envelope. Had Laurie not listened to our consistent requirements and kept an open mind in identifying our 90/5/5 home we would still be looking. Yes, we ended up in our opinion finding a diamond with Laurie's guidance and determination.

Laurie was a great help from beginning to end. Cort told me she contacted him over 2 years ago and he told her to call him in around 2 years and she did. That was awesome. She was very helpful and kind in every way. We will definitely contact her in the future and recommend her if anyone is looking to buy a house. Thank you very much for helping us from beginning to end- still helps us out if we need anything from her.

To be honest I was aloof to the whole process of purchasing a home, much less the importance of the role of an agent. As the experience of buying our home manifested, I learned how much experience it takes to bypass a lot of the stress and headache associated with buying property.
