I am an Independent Appraiser and get my leased Fusion Serviced in Prineville. I found the staff knowledgeable and friendly. Recently I had to buy my lease and Jason Condel helped us out in a rare situation. My business took off and found I was way over on miles. Jason found me the best rate with a great Credit Union. This was all done as a courtesy as I leased the car in NY. Jason is the man!!

Traveling back home in my 2010 ford escape to Idaho from the coast with my three kids, my fan belt went out going through Bend. Single mother with three kids in an unfamiliar place, I went into panic mode. I am so thankful I found Robberson Ford. They went above and beyond to help me and my kids feel safe. They shuttled us to the hotel, got our car fixed that night, then came and got us in the morning. Thank you to Michael who was so very helpful!!!! Thanks guys!!
I went in to test drive a new ford focus rs and was told by 2 salesman that I couldn't unless I wanted to buy and had to do all the paperwork to Finance one first the thing with that is I have cash I'm not looking to Finance one I would just like to test drive the car and not be pressured to buy it right then and there test driveing it's the only way to see if I want it and to compare it to other vehicles like STI Civic Type R Audi they let me test drive their cars it's a 40,000 not a 100.000 car I was also told they do the ... read more
We were camping at La Pine State Park with our 10 month old twins and 4 year old daughter when our Ford F150 started stalling out on us. We brought it into the service center at Robberson Ford and despite being booked out two week, they went above and beyond to get our truck fixed for us before we had to drive home. We really appreciate Sherman and the service team there for making a stressful situation during an already stressful vacation easier on us. Thank you!
Frustration is being told they will have some paper work ready for you on your second trip to sell your car, then nothing is ready so 1 1/2 hours later you finally give up and tell them to mail the check because you have another appointment you can't miss..

I bought my 2015 F150 at Robberson Ford 2 weeks ago. It was a very positive buying experience. Ben the salesman was fantastic. He called me the next day to make sure I was happy with the truck. I really like my new F150 Ecoboost. It has lots of power and great gas mileage.
