I thought I’d share my oil change experience from today with you, in hopes of some change in customer service. I arrived at the QuickLane oil change at 3:40pm this afternoon. I was the 3rd car back and opted to stay in my car until I had to get out. I was able to watch the crew inside for over an hour and a half. I watched them stand around, I heard a few eff bombs from the car wash people standing around as well, there was zero hustle. What a pleasure to do business with a fair and honest dealership. My wife and I have purchased several cars over the years and this was one of the smoothest, easiest and relaxed dealership transactions we have ever done. From the first phone call talking to David in used cars to signing the paperwork was nothing short of amazing!!! Stress free environment. We had 3 kids in tow and everyone was so welcoming. I would highly recommend giving David a call if you need a good used car. Very friendly-low key-the man knows his stuff. What a great experience!!!!

The service the staff delivered was incredible! They fit is in and got our truck Aligned even though it was so near closing time, on a Saturday!
On Monday I made an appointment with Gabriel to test drive a few vehicles. I then sent a follow up email asking to push the appointment an hour. After arriving, Gabriel informed me that he was busy, and does not check his email. But he would find someone to help us. After waiting a while we left. I'm set on buying a Ford truck, so I will be trying my luck at the Redmond Ford dealer next.
Mark was an amazing salesman to work with. The whole team was fantastic. Highly recommend
