Joe Conte was way beyond the five stars. He was just awesome. Such a great experience from start to driving away with our new escape. Highly recommend Joe and Robberson's as a whole.
I was so pleasantly surprised by the ease of buying a new car. I was apprehensive going in, and was immediately put at ease by my salesperson, Joseph and the staff people I met. The new building is very impressive and the car is fantastic. What a great way to start the new year!
What a great buying experience. No pressure whatsoever. This was my third car purchase from Robberson starting with my first car back in high school. During the buying experience I felt respected and appreciated. Everyone was very friendly and warm. I got a great deal on my new Mazda and I don't plan on ever buying from any other dealership.
Joseph Conte was the car salesman that sold me my vehicle. He was very professional, very patient, listened to my needs in a vehicle and only showed me cars that met my requirements. He was not pushy and seemed very honest and trustworthy. It was the best car-buying experience that I have ever had! I will absolutely tell everyone I know to go to Robberson Ford and ask for Joseph if they are interested in buying a car. I LOVE my new car!
I want to say thank you so much to your service department! I'm from Portland and bought my car at Gresham Tonkin Honda. 5 days and one three hour drive to Bend later, I find out the transmission is basically done for. I didn't buy an extended warranty from Honda and they refused to help out in any way. I was no longer their problem. Robberson Ford's service department was incredibly nice and understanding.
