Absolute nightmare company to rent from.. They will raise your rent year after year and as far as maintenance goes they will do less and less. I called to discuss some of these issues and was talked to with complete disrespect after paying them appropriately $60,000 in rent over a 7 year time period... Avoid them at all costs!! There are plenty of other places to live out there.
