Great folks! Very fair, generous even. Promptly fixed any needed repairs that arose. Lovely to work with, staff. The most pleasant rental experience I've ever had.
Completely ignored by email and text. Nice guys. Edit in response to owner. That was spoken like a politician. You never responded to my email asking to apply, never any information on how to do so or any forms were sent, and when I inquired futher if you received said email, I again got no response. The only form of communication you ever responded to was when I wanted to schedule a tour, and then sent me one message saying it was canceled.
