Started out good when they first opened, but we went about a month ago and the food was bland and not well prepared (asked for medium rare and got medium. Tater tots weren't that great). Service was mediocre as well. Many better options in The Woodlands now.
First off, our waiter was awesome! He was personable and friendly. He made us feel at home, even though the restaurant is incredibly fancy. The view of the golf course was a nice sight. The lobster macaroni was not that good - needs more cheese. My boyfriend loved the NY strip. I enjoyed the Robard Salad, as well as the mashed potatoes. Overall, great experience and we will be back.
The scallops were very tender and tasty. The collasal shrimp were hugh and tasty. The lobster tail and steak, melted in my mouth. The service was exceptional. The bread before dinner is also very tasty.
Best food ever and a wonderful server. She was so accommodating. Will always go back. I could eat there again tonight. Ha so recommend Robards.
The food was great, the ambiance was amazing, and the service was impeccable. Can't wait to return.
