Terrible customer service from the service department. Dropped a vehicle on Tuesday, as usual I didn’t hear anything from them on Wednesday and I called them on Thursday to follow up. They had not even looked at the vehicle. Clearly the service department is not concerned about the business that walks in. I picked it up on Friday. Easy Work Steve was amazing! He took the time to educate us on the cars we were interested in. I came in with a larger list and he helped us test drive and narrow down what we wanted based on the features we were looking for. He answered all of my questions-of which there were a lot- and took the time to make us feel heard and comfortable with the car we purchased. I am SO HAPPY with the car I purchased and that is all thanks to Steve! Will be referring any and all people to this dealership and to Steve!
