Exceptional Service We found a couple vehicles we were interested in on robsightford.com and we were scheduled for an appointment with Tim Smith. Being a previous customer I was expecting a great experience and was not disappointed. Tim's knowledge of the vehicles was only toped by his attention to our needs and making us feel welcome. We have Ford dealers much closer to where we live but we choose Rob Sight Ford and their team.

Very Pleased Erik was great - gave me a Coke when the Coke machine ate my money! Informed me on what my trucked needed after doing the Works on it. My only problem, which is every time I come, the older lady who takes my money is always short, rude, or has some other conversation going on.....it makes it hard for me to want to pay my bill!!! I would rather pay the Service Guys!!!
