Comfortable experience. My wife's 2015 Ford Escape developed mechanical problems while she was in downtown Kansas City last Saturday. I was out of town when this occurred, so I was very concerned for her and how we were going to get the car to the dealership for repair. Your company arranged everything and got the car towed in and repaired faster than I thought was possible. You also took care of all the warranty issues and made the entire process very painless.
