RecommendedBeen a few times already and had great food and great coffee. We had Reid (Reed) helping us and must say he was great. Personality was great, always upbeat every time we have been in. Is he single asking for a daughter friend. 😂

I’ve never felt an experience to bad enough to write a review but this place was the worst experience I’ve ever encountered. 1) cashier was super off putting and rude. We politely asked how his day was going his response “I’m alive”. 2) we waited well over 45 minutes for our food which came out wrong. 3) we never received the coffee we ordered so we asked a runner about it and waited 15 more minutes for him not to get it. & had to flag someone else down to get our coffee. 4) someone complained about their pancakes being wron... read more

Dear Abbey, We are very sorry for your experience. It is not what we work hard to achieve. I am the owner and was working at the time and am sorry I wasn’t made aware of your situation. We are a close knit team and do strive to make every guest experience great. As hard as it is to receive the criticism be sure that we take every comment/review seriously and use it to make our restaurant better.
An employee was very rude and crude with a customer. I will no longer stop and have coffee there.
And another disgrace of a business. I walked in with my double layer homemade mesh mask and hadn't had it fully looped on my ear yet. An employee came up and asked if I could put it on properly. I apologize and finished and she walked away. And all 7 people behind the busy counter went on their way and made coffee. A few of theirs even politely apologized and said excuse me as they needed to get behind or around me! Never had one even look twice. I ordered the breakfast platter my eggs were cold the toast was burnt the bacon was greasy
Such a cute, eclectic place with fun seating and laid back atmosphere. The breakfast pita is out of this world. The hummus was perfect, not too over powering. Hefty amount of spinach and tons of avocado. What a twist on breakfast! Always make it a point to stop here when visiting Petoskey!
