Every single staff member is amazing. Last year I ran into an issue with my dog and I felt they went above and beyond. And this year I’m going on vacation and the staff at the Vet and Kennel are going above and beyond. At least I feel that way. I recommend to everyone. Roaring Brook took care of our 18+ year old kitty, Butch, his whole life. Sadly, about 2 weeks ago we had to ask them to help us with Butch’s end of life care. They were beyond wonderful to us and to Butch. Today, we received the most beautiful card with personal sentiments written by the entire staff. It meant so much to all of us.
