We've been going to RBG for close to 20 years. Absolutely terrific facility. They do everything right. Even now with covid-19, they run the new processes perfectly.
They have the Covid procedures down perfectly! I was wary, but drove away feeling so great about my pup's visit.
Everyone there is so wonderful! They take amazing care of my dog & all of her many issues! Plus they are so excited to see her that it helps her not be nervous!
An amazing place very welcoming and kind and the best part! Loving to our animals!! We took two of our animals this week and it was nothing but amazing!! Marley the lop and tucker the Saint Bernard will definitely becoming back!
My dog has an infected sore on her tummy. I called this morning. They said they are booked out for two weeks they can see her then. I said WHAT??? It’s infected. Isn’t this why my dog has a vet I asked? They said for extra $ they can make it an emergency visit and get her in. So they have time to see her if money is involved??? SHAME ON THEM! I hung up. Now I’m gonna bring her to the emergency vet. Same amount of money.

Sorry your pet was not feeling well. During this time we have been extremely busy and at times short staffed due to covid19. We hold same day spots for situations like this but they usually book very quickly in the morning. We do offer emergency visits which are slightly more in cost to assist our clients or we offer the 24 hour urgent care and emergency vet in Canton.
