Coby Nassar is an amazing vet and an amazing person!
I love RVH!! Dr. Hershey is great and she as well as all the staff take care of your pet as if they were their own. I was so nervous for my smallest chihuahua to go for his dental procedure, I even went in there crying. I walked out though feeling much better once they comforted me and I knew he was in good hands! I even called in to check on how he was doing and they updated me no problem and called me as soon as he was done. We want to recommend Jillian, who is the trainer at Roaring Brook. Our lab, who is 4yrs old needed lots of work on meet and greets and impulse control. With ONE private session, new tools to use (special tasty treats) and daily work on our part…we have a new dog right before our eyes!! We know repetition is the key, with continued work daily. Roaring Brook! I can't say enough about how you guys helped us out when no one would allow one of our foster dogs into daycare bc she was not a desirable breed. You guys not only took her, tested her and are helping us train her but she LOVES it there! Our rescue is trying to pull more CT dogs from local pounds and has had the hardest time finding help. Thank you Jillian for helping us promote our girl and find her a forever home. You guys are the BEST!!
I recently lost my kitty Hankie due to cancer. The Veterinarians and staff at Roaring Brook were all so kind, compassionate, helpful and understanding of what I was going through. His care was extremely thorough but everyone was so gentle and loving. I could not have asked for or received better care than we received here. Dr. Hersey is absolutely wonderful with all of our animals. We really can't say enough good things about her and the entire staff at Roaring Brook. You can tell they really care.
