First of all I’m not a dealership fan. 2nd of all, most dealers should be like Roanoke! Had a pleasure dealing with everyone there. Big mike which I never got to meet because he was sick when I was available but Aaron stepped in and made the process seamless. I came 700 miles to buy a car and will do it again
I had a great experience at Roanoke Motors. Every person I encountered was friendly. Caleb our salesman was nice and knowledgeable. He always had prompt communication throughout the entire process and checked how things were going after I bought my new jeep. Would definitely recommend Roanoke motors and Caleb as your salesman!
My car buying experience at Roanoke Motors was excellent. Caleb was my salesman, and Aaron was the finance manager. The whole process was the smoothest I have experienced in my 40 years of buying cars. Caleb was very helpful and provided me with the requested information promptly. Great experience buying my Jeep Grand Cherokee L! If you get to work with Big Mike you have hit the jackpot!! Mike was personable and relatable. He shared some really neat stories and made buying our car so relaxing and fun!
