Erica was an excellent representative of the Mangold Ford dealership. She was a good communicator. She is an especially good listener.
Great folks in this service department. They are so easy to work with and do a great job servicing our Mustangs!
Mangold has the best customer service. My car needed a new battery. They were able to come to me at my house and change it out. Very much appreciated and I didn’t have to find someone to jump me. Thank you!
Mangold Ford is the epitome of a small town, wholesome business. We bought our car from them a few weeks ago and there weren't any gimmicks just a fair priced car, great service and friendly people. Will definitely take our vehicles to get serviced from them and will buy our future cars from them when possible.
