It is unusual to have the owner of the business come over and shake hands and greet you and then ask if you need any refreshment. The people at the service counter are super nice and friendly. Mangold Ford is the type of place where you are made to feel at home and be treated as a long time customer. The last visit (5/1/25) was just as pleasant as the last.
