I had a nice experience at Roadsport Honda. Though the sales manager stated higher value for my old vehicle in the paper it didn't appears as he promised. Didn't receive any disount or incentive as they texted me before doing the deal🤔. Reply to your comments- Ok why not! Whom should I contact?
Everything was simple and fast. I had Mehari help me with the whole process and he as amazing. He explained everything simply so I understood. He was super nice and ensured I knew what I was getting into. The service I received made me feel that I wasn't a customer, but instead a friend.
The service department is awesome!!! Tim was able to book me in and resolved my issues fast and professionally. Will go back again!!
Today I had the pleasure of dealing with service team member Tim. We all worry about costs these days especially when it comes to our lovely Hondas. This is my second very positive experience with Honda at this location. Most importantly Tim listened and made things happen for us. I would highly recommend using Honda Roadsport in Scarborough and if you request Tim, I am confident he will do his best to resolve the matter to the best of his ability.
