I just had my garage door opener replaced this morning. Outstanding service! Troy is an incredibly friendly guy, and very knowledgeable. Not only was the work done quickly, but he took the time to explain everything to me afterwards and make sure I was happy with everything. I will be recommending his services to others!
My garage door broke just 2 days before the Christmas and we had to go out of town. I came across Roadrunner Garage door and spoke with ****. He immediately squeezed us in on the same day and fixed our door by 4pm. He was patient, fair, and professional. He explained how it probably occurred, what needs to be done and how we he was going to do it. What a great guy who I will certainly call again in the future and refer to my friends.

**** and his crew were very professional. I found them in Google. Last night my garage door spring got broken. I called them around 9am on Fri and they were here by 10.15am. They fixed the door within an hour and also did detail inspection of my garage door just to make sure everything else is working fine. Their rates were lower in compare to other companies in our area. The experience was extremely pleasant. I highly recommend them.
We were not able to open our garage doors since both of our remotes stopped working suddenly! I spoke with Troy at Roadrunner Garage Door since I have used him before. He sent a technician within an hour and replaced my remote. All is good now. Also he made sure I know how to operate my new remote. They are very reliable and reasonable. I would recommend his service to anyone! Thanks so much.
Houston Branch of Roadrunner Garage Doors did not complete the services billed. They charged me for a Comprehensive Tune-Up but never completed the task. No refund was issued.
**** and his team recently serviced my 3 doors garage. Those were old, off the track and making too much noise. Previously they had replaced garage door at my parent's location so I knew him very well. I called him and explained the problem. Next morning he came with his crew. They worked probably until afternoon and fixed all 3 garage doors. Now all the doors are very smooth and silent. Great guy! Excellent quality work at reasonable price!
Awesome Service! I had 29 years old garage door and was giving me hard time lately.
