Avoid this company at all costs!! Rafael came out and tried to get me to pay $1800 for a $300 repair blaming it on a supply shortage. After I told him I was going to get other quotes he said he would knock $200 off the price but that was "as low as he could go". He tried to get me to replace my 5 year old garage door opener because that was the only way he could guarantee everything would work properly. Horrible experience. Would not recommend.

I called 'Road runner' to fix an issue of my garage door/opener. Basically, the chain assembly is disengaged and seems like bullet/assembly is broken causing the chain to hang. While scheduling the appointment over the phone, I explained the issue and the lady representative told me that the technician will come, check all the issues/balance the door and replace the parts/fix the issue. Rafael was awesome! We were able to get a new opener installed same day as we we called! He was professional, super knowledgable, and fast! We are so happy with all the work that Rafael did. He explained everything to us, and made sure we were given the opportunity to ask anything before he left. We will definitely be using them again, and will recommend them to anyone who asks. I highly recommend using Roadrunner Garage Door Repair. My mom drove through our garage door, we needed it fixed asap because of the direct entry into our home. On the same day Troy was able to give us an estimate, come to the house and fixed the garage door. The price was reasonable as well, they were friendly and within few hours our garage was as good as new.

You don't need to look any further. These guys were excellent. They were willing to come on the same day that I called Road Runner Garage Door Repair Company. **** did an awesome job replacing our broken spring and restored our door to a fully functioning state within 45 minutes. He was swift and knowledgeable on what was needed. Road Runner was prompt with their reply to our phone call and even placed a courtesy call when they were 15 minutes away. The fact that they provided prompt service on the weekend at a very reasonable rate was fantastic. I definitely recommend Road Runner Garage Door Repair.

Couldn't be more pleased with the timely and professional service by Roadrunner Garage Door! Our garage door broke and I could not pull my car out of the garage yesterday afternoon. I found them in Google and spoke with **** around 1:00p.m. He was here by 3.30p.m. And the problem was fixed by 4:30p.m in time to pick up my son from baseball game! He was very professional and courteous, and, of course, extremely timely!! 5 stars hands down! I will say one of the best and professional garage door repair company in Dallas.

Troy and his crew are knowledgeable, worked fast and gave suggestions on how to maintain the door properly. Seemed to have all of the supplies and were in/out very quickly. I had hired them to install my new garage door. Their price was reasonable as well. Nice crew in the town!
