Got a quote online from Rob, Sean called claiming the message was forwarded to him. We discussed a pickup date/time and loading luggage in the car, was told not to block the rear window. Sean increased the quote $87, and it said there was a charge for things in the car. I tried repeatedly to contact him about that (and also Rob after delivery and have yet to hear from anyone associated with Road Runner). This is the type of response you get from Road Runner if you decide not to use them. This is the voice mail that was left for me after I hung up when he was being rude to me. I assume any reasonable individual will understand why I hung up rather than listen to him rather than put up with his disrespectful attitude which totally presents itself in the script of my voice mail! I can't even believe I have to leave one star!!!! Absolute WORST!!! Their lying sales person insisted he could pick my car up from the dealership on Saturday and sent me a link to reserve. I made the reservation and suddenly it was a Monday pick up for a Tuesday delivery and the sales person stopped responding to my calls and emails. I had no choice so I booked. Do NOT use this auto transport service. We made a reservation on 3/11/21 to ship our car on 5/20/21. We never heard from them again. When we began calling we were disconnected and never had anyone call us back. We were able to track our reservation on-line and "chat" with a "person" online. We were told that no carrier had been assigned to our car and as of today no carrier was still assigned. They lost our trust before we even shipped our car. We will be driving home.
