Totally frustrated I shipped 4 cars (in two orders) the first two cars were picked up on time and delivered on time without incident. The 2nd two cars were picked up a day later than scheduled, then left in a motel parking lot on rt 26 in SC for three days until another driver arrived from ** to finish the delivery. During that time emails, text messages and phone calls to the salesman that took my orders remain unanswered. Absolute garabge custoner servi e . pure shitake !!!!They DO NOT COMMUNICATE AT ALL after payment , I took a vaca day to be here for my delivery , when I hadnt heard from ANYONE I called the driver he said it would be sat and that someone should have called ??well they didnt and then there NEVER seems to be a next avalible rep because i waited over 20 min on several occassions. Company in general, great communication and price. The negative: they sub out . I was given a 3 day transport time per RoadRunner, so I planned for that with work etc.... My vehicle has still not been delivered on day 5 with an update email for another 2 days. 980 miles and 15 hour drive taking a week ?
They promised to pick up my vehicle in 3 days. They said they wouldn't charge my card until the vehicle was picked up. They stopped returning my calls. I left 4 messages in two days. I called the phone number on their website several times. The website said they were open from 8:00 am to 10:00 pm; however, the recording said they were closed, or the hold music came on but the call was disconnected after a few minutes. I wish I read the reviews on this site before depending on Road Runner to transport my SUV. 2 days and no pick up or even an explanation as to why or when they might be coming. I made the reservation 45 days ago and called a week before to be sure they would be reliable. I was assured they would have it picked up.

STAY AWAY- Misleading. Their sales rep ***** told me car would get picked up in two days guaranteed. 9-11am, 11-2, or 3-5.(one of those slots) its 9 days later and my vehicle was never picked up. My rate from ******* to ****** was $760- great price right? Was never real. It took me 4 days and talking to others in the space to realize the ongoing rate was $1000+. They charged me $2200 for shipping my car from dealership to Home. They kept canceling pickup over and over again, I called to ask for a discount due to the delay and they said pickup times and date are not guaranteed. I don't recommend this company, would NOT use them again
