If I could give a negative negative negative I would. My car was supposed to be picked up. I called them and they told me the window was between nine and nine. They gave me the drivers phone number. The driver told me he just received the information on my vehicle. Then he told me he was in ***** and he couldnt pick up my car until two days later. We had to have the vehicle removed that day. Unresponsive customer service, I've called over 5 times at this point and been on hold for hours. They assigned carriers with times before the scheduled pick up date, had zero communication the day before and of pick up date (over a weekend when offices were closed so nobody picked up when I called) and now assigned a pick up date after I've left the state. My vehicle was ready for pickup on June 3rd, and I was told it would be picked up no later than June 9th. I am absolutely livid right now. I scheduled a pick up and was told that my vehicle would arrive at the drop off location by 11am. No call all day and when I reach out the transport vehicle has mechanical issues. How did you not know your vehicle wasn't up to par prior to picking up my car? Days before my scheduled pick up, the company contacts me saying that the date for pick up would have to change as well as there would be an additional $150 charge. I asked why are they changing the agreed upon date and charge and they told me that its because of the driver.Ive used their services before but never had any issues like this so close to the pick up date. Never again!

Worst service I have ever used. They draw you in with a low quote and then when your car is 'ready', they tell you that no one is taking the car at the price they originally quoted so they bump your price up by $200. **************** is horrible, manager was rude, routinely make you wait for 20+ minutes to talk to someone, and will even disconnect your call. Totally regret using this company. I'm just glad I got my car so I never have to talk to this company or deal with them ever again.
