One Star - Extremely Poor Communication and Service I would not recommend RoadRunner Auto Transport based on my recent experience. My vehicle was ready for pickup on June 3rd, and I was told it would be picked up no later than June 9th. After numerous calls and follow-ups with their dispatch team, I was finally assigned a carrieron June ******* make matters worse, the carrier wasn't even informed that the pickup lot closes at 5 PM, so they missed the window. Classic bait and switch even though they make it seem they would never when they sign you up.

I am absolutely livid right now. I scheduled a pick up and was told that my vehicle would arrive at the drop off location by 11am. No call all day and when I reach out the transport vehicle has mechanical issues. How did you not know your vehicle wasn't up to par prior to picking up my car? And when you knew you couldn't make good on the delivery time why wasn't I contacted. I'm so sick and tired of businesses that don't take pride in their service. Booked transport for a specific date. Relayed this to the person I spoke with and we discussed at length the "day" the pickup would ********* I find out that that is actually a "Ready" ******** the pickup is scheduled 3 days after the date discussed, which happens to be when no one will be there.Please no comments regarding company standards and "we cannot guarantee blah blah.....You did not make this clear when I scheduled this. Days before my scheduled pick up, the company contacts me saying that the date for pick up would have to change as well as there would be an additional $150 charge. I asked why are they changing the agreed upon date and charge and they told me that its because of the driver.Ive used their services before but never had any issues like this so close to the pick up date. Never again!

Scam artists. Do not use. The website charges a ******** amount to book which will be more than half the price the driver asks on delivery. Complete liars. Do not use!!!!

Worst service I have ever used. They draw you in with a low quote and then when your car is 'ready', they tell you that no one is taking the car at the price they originally quoted so they bump your price up by $200. **************** is horrible, manager was rude, routinely make you wait for 20+ minutes to talk to someone, and will even disconnect your call. Totally regret using this company. I'm just glad I got my car so I never have to talk to this company or deal with them ever again.

This company are liars. They lie to clients and tell them they have a carrier and meanwhile their cars are the lowest on the national load board and they bait and switch clients. They hide behind a big name. They are the worst.

If youre okay with flexibility, this company might work for you but be aware of what that means. My experience was frustrating from the start. The car was picked up a day late and delivered a day late. The first ******** phone number I was given was incorrect, and there was no way to contact anyone after 5:00 PM. This caused a lot of unnecessary stress when the driver failed to show up on the scheduled pickup date.When I finally reached someone at 10:00 AM the next day, I was told that pickup dates are only estimates.
