Eriq is a professional, courteous, efficient worker. He replaced my battery and alternator about six months ago and gave me some really good advice on the phone just now for free, even trying to save me money. Stand-up guy.

What was supposed to be a simple fix ended up being a bit of a headache, but Eric never lost his cool. He was incredibly sweet, patient, and committed to getting the job done right.
