I went to get my nails done and arrived around 6 PM for a manicure with gel polish. I understand that it was close to closing time, but I felt like the service was rushed and sloppy. I would have preferred if they had just asked me to come back another day instead. Before I was seated, I showed them a picture of the design I wanted and asked if it was doable—letting them know it was fine if it wasn’t. They assured me they could do it, so we proceeded. Even though it is a little on the pricey side, I have never had a bad experience here. They take good care and are friendly.

Went with a friend for a mani pedi and man did they take advantage, the pedi was nice but I noticed they didn’t do anything for callouses like I’m used to and I was done faster than my friend that was next to me when we got the same thing. Now the manicure was not worth it the lady nipped me and I bled then put aceton on the wound and the alcohol which hurt bad, the trimming around the nails were very close and not comfortable.
