Great Management!!! I have been through my fair share of cleaning companies that promise to do good work but after a few weeks they go downhill. Road Runr has provided me with consistent cleaning. Their focus on customer service is excellent. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone who is in need of a professional cleaning service.
I enjoyed working for Road Runr, the school I worked at was very welcoming when I started. The people on my crew were the greatest, and the events I got to see were great.
These people are unfamiliar with the Detroit Metro region. I live in Wyandotte & they called me for positions in Rochester and Auburn Hills (AT THEIR LOW PAY RATE, TOO! ) and were baffled why I wasn't interested. (To Joe: this seems to be a common M.O. with these types of companies. I work for another cleaning co. downriver and they treat their employees like sh*t. )
Good company to work for. Very flexible with working with my work schedule. Pays by direct deposit. my checks are always on time, what a great time saver. I even received a referral bonus.
This company is horrible they have bounced payroll checks in the past and also been late on payroll.They are not up front with there employees or the people they do work for .I hope no one else uses them or looks for employment there.
Poor hiring practices. Could be better at being upfront with communication, follow up. Debbie, Mgr lies a lot to people and strings them along..Glad I don't deal with bs on my job :)
Wow, a recent post and now mine...I have had Road Runr service my account before and hopefully businesses read this, because they don't keep their word. They cannot train or retain people, constant turnover. They cannot wax floors per a schedule. They also do rest stops and they are a mess all the time with poor services.....Apparently, per Joe's comments, they do not follow good hiring practices. What a shame, how can they still be in business?????
