Unwilling to negotiate. Offered way to little for my truck. Offered a 12 percent interest, when my credit union offers 2.9. Kept my keys to my truck, when they looked at it, felt like I was a hostage. Spray undercoating on the frames, looks like they are hiding something.

We are always sorry to see a negative review but in this case it is so far from the truth. Kevin came in with his girlfriend and we were very polite and he told us out of the gate he was very picky. I told him we would do everything in our power to help find a truck for him. We were extremely busy on Saturday with customers but we spent 2.7 hours with him trying to help make it happen. We offered him $11000 on his trade which was KBB trade value and then found out he wanted $17000 which was way over retail. We never even tol... read more

I would have bought the car for $15,000 when it was listed for $15,500, but was told there was no room for negotiation at Road Ready. I purchased another vehicle from another dealer and a day later the price on this Camaro dropped after all
