On hold for 20 minutes, I ask if they have or can order tires for my Honda Fit. And he tells me to come in and order them. I politely ask to confirm my options. And apparently they can only order winter tires for my car (That I drive in Florida, it never freezes or snows here bud) I don’t understand why I was treated the way I was treated. Like it’s impossible for them to help me, and ridiculous that I would ask. Some people shouldn’t be allowed to interact with customers. Be careful when you do business with this place I was set up with 4 months same as cash and 4 months passed and I was still being charged and they would not honor the contract they lied new manager there is not good at all I was a loyal customer there and bought a few times but I will never do business with this place again and to top it off I had to pay over 200$ to close my account even on paper they don’t honor their customers zero rating from me

I can’t say enough great things about this place…Oscar and Ray were amazing to work with. Their knowledge and professionalism were top notch. I highly recommend this shop for all your tire needs! Thanks again gentleman. I definitely will be a life long customer.
