great tires but service after the sale is terrible. always too busy to do balance and rotation. I never recived my alignment check(they were too busy after I made an appointment). we have purchased 5 sets of tires. good tires but the service after the sale is non existent
Very Rude, Terrible customer service. You pay 3 times what you should for tires. They dont do the work promised like balancing and rotating. They threaten to file charges on you if your a day late on payments and blow up your phone. This place is a joke! Contacted a attorney and the BBB over this scam of a business and the harrassment and threats. Absolute worst customer service. They don’t deserve one star, they sell nothing but knock off wheels. I go in there once and stand around there store looking at overpriced knock offs, and after 15 minuets someone comes and talks to me, and he says take a look at the wheels we have around the shop, after I did for 15 minuets already. I tell him I don’t like any of them, and he says he can order some if I find a set I like, so I ask if they have a catalog or anything to look at and he says no.? They don’t stand behind the wheels they sell if you have paid them off in 90 days. Will never buy wheels there or recommend the place to anyone
Absolutely the best customer service around! Took less then 15 minutes to fix a problem that others couldn't and they were hands down the nicest guys around! Thank you again for all your help!!
