I got new wheels and tires from franklin store the employees was very nice and helpful to me I would recommend to go see them
Very rude customer service. They claim that they will work with you and help you but they DO NOT. They threaten to come and repossess tires after one late payment ($80). I have told them I need to make bi-weekly payments. However, EVERY single Saturday they send me a text message letting me know that my card has declined and I need to make a payment. When I call instead of text them they are very rude and not nice or christian-like as they claim to be. DO NOT RECCOMEND 👎
I have developed a family like bond with the people at RNR in franklin.They always make me feel welcome and take the time to find exactly what i want. I am currently on my second purchase with them and wouldnt hestiate to make it a third. Awesome people, Awesome business.
