I called in at lunch time today and spoke to Jeremy because I had a large screw stuck in my tire. I didn't get off work until 5 p.m., and I work in Greenwood. Although they close at 6 p.m. they still got me in and out and all patched up super quickly. I got my tires from them a little over a year ago and they're always super friendly and willing to help in any way they can! Exceptional service.

I’ve taken multiple tires in for slow leaks. They have removed the tire & applied a bead sealant each time. They never charged me a dime. Yesterday I took in an aftermarket rim in that had taken considerable pot hole damage. I beat the rim back into shape with a hammer, but there was still a slow leak. I took it to them & they found a screw in the tire that I had not seen. They plugged the hole, & again applied the bead sealer. Again, no charge. By far one of the worst experiences I have had with any type of auto shop. First off my appointment ended up being 40 minutes later than it was scheduled. Once my vehicle was finally in the bay I notice the guy is about to change the tire on my spare wheel that I had mounted on the left rear because my other tire busted a belt.
