The worst traveling experience I ever had 4 years ago. Charged me recklessly from the deposit due to extra staff fee for investigating a claimed complaint of noise lodged by the neighbor. After check-in in reception, needed to take taxi myself to the apartment far away. Crazy. Never go to the hell.
Please never stay here. Owner is rude! He is refusing to refund my money, even though when I booked my stay the terms and conditions stated it was a free cancellation. He has been ignoring my emails and was absolutely vile to me on the phone. I’ve now had to get booking.com involved and he is also ignoring them. Don’t waste your time or money!!!
A cancellation made after COVID lockdown and they charged me for 1 night despite the cancellation possible according to T&c , they don’t respond to queries .. stay away from this place
The beds were broken their were dirty socks under the bed dirty blood stained quilt with no cover a leaking washing machine amd to add insult to injury when we complained and they charged us an extra $100 my husband had to use their tools to fix their bed and we get charged no apologies from management they wouldn't even return our calls, buy far the worst stay i have ever had and wouldn't recommend to any one
