Rick Scott, founder of RNR, learned the automotive painting trade from some very talented craftsmen and brought his skills back home to the Northwest in the seventies. After working for a few local shops (including British Motor Cars, who brokered quite a few exotic automobiles ) Rick, Darrel and their paint crew became locally famous for their skills at restoring the finishes on some of the finest Northwest collectors cars. A nightmare experience with replacing a fender for our BMW. Took more than 1 month. No timely communications. Shop also broke the button to roll down the window in the process.
Exemplary Service! I am "over-the-moon" happy with my experience. Chris and Ryan were helpful and dealt with the insurance company of the individual that hit my vehicle so I didn't have to (my interactions with them was not pleasant). I am thrilled to be reunited with my Delilah! 😊

Chris and his team have handled all our repairs from hit and run in the parking lot to my teenage daughter getting her license. They treated my F-150 just like the Mazerratis and BMWs that they work on for the local dealerships. RNR has a warranty, though I've never needed it, and we've been using their services for 15 years. For some reason, they aren't in my insurance network, but that doesn't matter, there's little to no paperwork, and if there is any change, they work directly with the insurance.
