No one there to service
This place is a joke. Three times I have been there. Once they couldn’t find the guy, the second time he was busy. The third time, today - Saturday morning, he wasn’t there. Prime shopping time and no one to serve you? Buying a $600 pair of boots- yeah but certainly not from that outlet. Ridiculous.
The “rep” was not there on the weekend so the person helping had limited knowledge. Not a lot of sizes on offer and wrong phone number listed.
I read the reviews and the bad reviews are because of stock and misinformed information online. The quality of customer service there is next to none, miiiiiles better than the other city stores etc, the salesperson there is super informative and welcoming.
Not even a stand alone store, part of Myer, very small amount of stock and sizes, very disappointing after driving for an hour!
