I had a very good experience at RMD Primary Care. The staff was kind and the attention was excellent — they explained everything clearly and patiently. It’s true that it can take a little while for them to answer the phone, but with a bit of persistence, I was able to get through. Esta es una de las mejores clínicas en el área. Cuenta con médicos y enfermeras muy experimentados. Te atienden con dedicación y esmero Han salvado muchas vidas a lo largo del tiempo. Trabajan con muchos deseos y sacrificio diariamente.
Very frustrating getting someone on the phone. Once they pick up they hang up the call. Very unprofessional.
The doctor and medical staff is not the problem at this facility, they are great! The problem is their front desk staff. I’ve called multiple days, different times each day, left my phone number for a call back, and waited long call queue times to not even be answered. I hope the front desk staff can improve so that patients including myself can. talk to someone and not be on hold for 30+ minutes or sent to voicemail.
Para mi personalmente la doctora y su equipo son magníficas...cumplen mis expectativas...tanto humanas como médicas.
