Bob responded to our call on the Saturday after Christmas. He found the broken pipe quickly, requiring only one opening in the drywall. He worked neatly and fixed the pipe fast. He was here and gone in less than two hours.

I had a copper pipe in my basement that I discovered was weeping. I knew from experience this could easily become a full blown leak if not addressed quickly. RMD was not the first plumber I called but was the first to return my call (the others still haven’t called back). Bob was able to fit me in a couple of hours after we spoke. Bob is extremely responsive, reliable and knowledgeable. We first used him for an emergency service when we had an active leak- he quickly investigated, found the root cause, and resolved. We then used Bob for an outdoor shower installation. He provided recommendations on materials and placement, and we are extremely happy with the results. Thank you, Bob!
