The security guard is very nasty she seen when to brothers came in and the brother who is in the wheelchair needed his brother help with talk to the nurse he as her could she help him she tells him to go sit down somewhere.
They are slow to respond for clients needing medical assistance.
This place is terrible, unless you are actually dying just take the extra time to go to Columbia. You’ll get better care and still probably get out faster than this place. I can’t begin to tell you how many times I’ve gotten the worst care there and my husband even works there. I get there are people that are dying but seriously, the management there needs to step up and hire more help or treat their employees better. They hate working there and it shows in their attitude and patient care.

I remember staying with my family member and from the time I stayed it was great and she was being taking care of on the 4th floor on 4west. The nurses along with the techs did amazing. However, the floor leader that I never gotten a name from was very unprofessional towards the staff. She was tall with blonde dreads kind of heavyset and very loud and made herself known whenever she came on the unit. My family member room was close to the nurse desk so I would hear everything .
