I remember staying with my family member and from the time I stayed it was great and she was being taking care of on the 4th floor on 4west. The nurses along with the techs did amazing. However, the floor leader that I never gotten a name from was very unprofessional towards the staff. She was tall with blonde dreads kind of heavyset and very loud and made herself known whenever she came on the unit. My family member room was close to the nurse desk so I would hear everything . This is the worse.... I been here since 2:00 pm it's now 6:50 pm. I only had my vitals taken twice and one xray. I'm waiting to have blood work, ekg, etc; I mean seriously I could have had how many heart attacks by now and who would know. Sure enough not the doctor!
My son came in with a head injury @9 pm it is now 12:22 am and they still haven’t seen him. This is the slowest urgent care place ever.
Hospital is clean. But some doctors go against HIPAA and are very disrespectful when you keep coming to the hospital but not for no reason, because you're sick and need help of course. Most are judgemental
