Update: their response was pure optics. I emailed, and received no response. Truly unbelievable. Avoid at all costs. There are several amazing fertility clinics in LA (three separate LA area clinics just ranked in the top 25; RMA is not even in the top 115). I had scheduled a virtual appointment and was told I’d hear back about insurance in a timely manner. I did not. Very poor customer service over the phone; the person who answered was incredibly rude, so I decided not to go ahead and book an appointment. I need a clinic with friendly staff, especially for this type of service, which is more emotional than anything else.
My insurance was fraudulently billed for a “high complexity new patient consult, 60+ minutes”. I spent far less than 60 minutes with Dr. Landay and the only topics covered were for a standard fertility consult. Aside from the billing issue, Dr. Landay was late for the appointment and disorganized. In the middle of our consult, she paused our conversation to send an email. I chose to use another clinic for fertility services. Do not recommend.

Dr. LANDAY is absolutely best. So straight forward and direct with every possible outcomes and plan options. I fly/drive from Las Vegas for her!!! She makes me comfortable and relaxed, for someone who's pain tolerance is -10,000. She is great! Ifrah
