This place is the absolute worst. Made an appointment and I called the day before to confirm then got a call later that day saying that they had to cancel our appointment last minute even though I made it like a month in advance. This was just for the first appointment I cannot even imagine how disorganized they are I’m paying a lot of money for these services
I am now 7 months pregnant. Thank you Dr. Kim and his team. I miss them already ( amazing nurse Emily and Katia )!! It truly has been a joyful and exciting journey with them last summer. Dr. kim really cared about every little things and every procedure was amazing. Can’t wait to send them a few pictures of my baby soon!
I tried to book a first-time appointment but had to cancel due to illness. Even though I called to cancel, I was still charged a $50 cancellation fee. I have been trying to get a hold of billing but have been unable to reach anyone or receive a call back. I’m leaving this review as a heads-up to others seeking fertility treatments. Infertility is hard enough, but dealing with a clinic that lacks understanding and responsiveness makes the process even more stressful. Super professional and lovely, warm team at RMA. They over communicate with patients about every step so you feel so supported. Dr. Kim and his team have my highest recommendation.
Where to even begin talking about the most incredible egg freezing experience I had with Dr. Melanie Landay... Firstly, I interviewed/consulted with 5 or 6 doctors in total, all that were highly recommended to me through friends. While they were all incredible, accredited, and had amazing results, so did Dr. Landay.
