My house was extremely hot for months. But Ricky, Robert, and Phillip brought me a new Ac Unit and immediately changed the temperature. They were reliable, quick, and double checked to make sure everything was working properly. It started thundering really bad but they continued to work and get the job done. Thank you guys so much. Me and my kids are very grateful and you guys are appreciated.
I had to change my previous rating unfortunately. We have been in the house for 2 months now and the AC is still not working consistently. I put in a maintenance request and waited patiently only for it to be closed 9 days later without any attempts at resolution or contact. Texts and status requests have also gone unanswered. I would not have rented a house without working AC as I have an autoimmune disease with heat intolerance that puts my health in danger when I am overheated. Philip and Ricky were great!!! No matter the problem, they made sure that is was solved! Our AC unit was on its last leg, and they didnt give up until a brand new unit was installed by them! They were extremely professional and all around stand up guys. I would recommend them to anyone!!. Thanks again for taking care of me and my family!!!
