I highly advise not seeking business with RM Roofing. Our condo complex had one of our roofs redone with RM Roofing. In the process and aftermath, RM Roofing:1. Removed our condo gutters and did not replace them. This has resulted in water intrusion into the side of our buildings during the heavy rainstorms in January-March 2023. Any reasonable roofing company would reinstall pre-existing gutters as the finishing touches of their work.2. Did not complete work on contract for ****************** RM removed old rain gutters when replacing roof, but did not re-install them or install new gutters. RM roofing was paid in full. Upon winter rains, drain problems and damage arose from incomplete work per contract. RM Roofing refuses to contact Cherokee Point HOA for contractual work finalization or even good faith workmanship.
