⸻ I had a very disappointing experience with this plumbing company. The hot water booster was initially installed on the walkway side of the house, which is a poor and impractical location. It blocks access, looks messy, and shows a complete lack of planning. So disappointed. Waited 3 weeks for my appointment after it was booked, to then receive a call from a woman trying to change my appointment to a different day, I said I couldn’t as I work and only have specific days off so she told me the appointment will stay on the original day and time. Then come the day of the appointment, I get a call from the same woman telling me the appointment is no longer going ahead because she didn’t receive confirmation from me for the appointment and now the plumber has moved on with his day an... read more
So disappointed... The guy came and installed the Brand new Miele dishwasher and just gone without any notice while we were upstairs, and left the front door open. Is that how you work! You even don't know how to communicate!! He even didn't call us to show if the dishwasher is working... Now, the dishwasher not working... I've called the office and they saying that we should call the Miele customer service!!

Definitely not recommending this company. Was driving today and the driver just being very aggressive. You can tell the service won’t be good if they can’t even control the temper.
