Shout out to Scott and RKS Plumbing and Mechanical! Busted a pipe late Sunday afternoon. Scott came out first thing Monday morning. Did an awesome job! Our go to for anything plumbing or air conditioning related.
We had a hot water leak under the slab of our home. RKS sent Plumbing Service Technician Troy Bailey to do the job. Troy was the utmost professional, very personable, and knowledgeable.He went above and beyond to complete this repair. I would highly recommend him for all your plumbing needs. Thank you Troy Bailey. What a life saver!!!!!!! Had a water leak which required the water to be shut off to the entire house. The day before Thanksgiving, of all the times! Called first thing in the morning. Michelle was very understanding of my dilemma. Michelle squeezed me into their schedule & Frank was out in the early afternoon. Frank was extremely knowledgeable , clean & efficient!
