I’ve used them several times and have been happy. They always follow through and are reliable and stand by their work.
Stephen at R&K has done roof repair work on my commercial properties for nearly a decade. Solid standup guy, communicates well, shows up when he says he's going to be there, does good work, & sends detailed invoices explaining what was done & sends photos so I can see what was done. Good outfit, highly recommend!
I interviewed six other contractors before choosing R&K for a large, complicated job. They stuck with me through several architects and other project changes. They delivered on time, at the promised price and always worked with me to get the best deal on vendors and supplies. Five stars!
They charged and collect in advance to repair and reinstall an oversized vertical which had to be special order if you need to buy anew one so they took the old one to fix and reinstall but never showed up to do the job .so he took our money and our vertical and never show up for that job and does not answer his calls neither return them
