We had trouble (multiple)with a vehicle new we purchased. Mind you the warranty on the Chevy Sonic is only 36k and the problems started right before but by the time my wife had a chance to take in the car, it was slightly over, they knew we we're having issues and didn't want to help us. NEVER buy a car from RK! My sister bought her first car there and dealt with Nick. The car was great until she was in an accident that ripped off her front right side. When she called her insurance company they informed her that she didn't have full coverage on the vehicle. She was in shock. RK's salesman Nick let her leave the lot without full coverage! Saw the incompetence work they performed for a few friends, wouldn't buy FREE water from them.
I put a deposit down on a vehicle that was not in stock with a promise that it would be here in 2 days. I ended up purchasing from another dealer after about 2 weeks of nothing but a run around and broken promises,this was over a month ago. I am still waiting to have my deposit refunded. Stay away from RK Chevrolet and their salesman Nick. I am sorry that this system made me give them 1 star.
Seems professional have not ever visited but like to look at their advertising on face book catches my eye best if luck to them
