The customer service section is where u visited. They are great. Did exactly what i wanted. Checked my vehicle and let me know if anything need attention sooner or later. Thanks
Had such an awesome experience financing my first vehicle with RK. The sales people really listened to my needs and concerns and they did their best to hook me up with a great deal on a beautiful SUV. The next day I brought the SUV back because I thought there was something wrong and once again they listened and made sure I left happy. This staff made me feel as though I were part of the RK family and I'll make sure to come back to them when I'm ready for another vehicle!
This pertains to the chevy service department. I like to drive. I DO NOT like to be taken for a ride. Things have definitely changed there. And the change is definitely NOT for the better. They have lost a 20+ year customer. So long RK
Horrible rude sales manager tried to get me to pay 1000 dollars deposit to locate a vehicle he wasn't even sure he can find. So I would have committed to buy a 30+ k vehicle without seeing it? Then try to give me a horrible deal w excellent credit. I don't know how u sell anything honestly.

I have bought vehicles from them in the past with great experiences, this time the kept trying to sell me a vehicle I didn't want! They could not get it together , I will never shop there again or recommend to anyone!
