It's kind of hard to go wrong with this place. Bob is just an all around good guy, and Judy is a pleasure to talk with. Their business is run with passion and integrity. Whether you're looking for equipment, service or just advice, I'd recommend RJ's in a heartbeat.
These guys are better than great. My Toro snow thrower now works better than new: I just give it a hard look and it starts up! (Okay, slight exaggeration.) They maintained and delivered it. Somehow the key got misplaced. They picked it up, replaced the key, and delivered it again at no charge. Cannot beat that service. And they educated me about maybe not needing to put gasoline in the maintained generator but wait until needed to avoid gas going bad, with maybe running a cup of fuel through it every so often.
Bob and Judy have been servicing our yard equipment for years. Love that they offer a pick up and drop off service to reduce disruption to our busy lives. We can always count on them to get the work done right. Their annual maintenance service helps us keep our equipment in tip-top shape. I would recommend—and have—RJ’s Outdoor Power to anyone I know.
I am so pleased to write this review because our experience with RJ's has been nothing but top notch. They are responsive, thoughtful and did great work on our snow blower. We are a customer for life over here. They are pleasant and easy to do business with. I highly recommend this great local business.
