Went over and above. I lost my husband and knew nothing about my snow blower. They provided me with a manual and spent time teaching me how to start it. Two lawn mowers will be going to them in the spring
Big shout out to RJ's today. Went to test the snowblower with the impending storm coming. As expected it wouldn't start. Brought it down to the shop and they got it up and running. Now, I cannot sing their praises enough!! Expecting it might be a simple fix they jumped right on it and got it started. Great service, great staff and a great price. Customer service is the best
Very helpful staff, never felt rushed or oversold when finding the right mower. Would highly recommend. You can even get your propane tank filled there!
It's mowing season and the first mow is always the most stressful. I'd been worried for the last few weeks, fingers crossed that my tractor would start. Sure enough, my 15+ yr old Wizzard started right up this weekend! :) Bob gave me good tune-up last season and everything's running great! Thanks again Bob and Judy at RJ's Outdoor Power!
Bob and Judy were absolutely phenomenal. Being a veteran myself I always like to give business to veteran owned business and I was NOT let down. Immediately myself and my wife were greeted by Judy, one of the co-owners of Rj's Outdoor Power. She went over the lawnmowers I was looking at and answered any question I had. She made me feel very welcomed and even put the lawnmower aside for a few days for me because cub cadet was having a 10% off sale starting the week after.
